Digital orders are free with no shipping costs. For physical book orders, we charge a standard shipping rate of $6.00. This helps us ensure reliable, secure delivery and quality packaging for your physical books.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll update your account with the tracking information. You can track your order from your dashboard on our website.
What if my book arrives damaged?
We package all books carefully, but if your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes using USPS. However, expedited shipping options may not be available for PO box addresses.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address.
What about international customs and duties?
